Our Shipping Philosophy: Buy Only What You Want!
We believe you shouldn't be forced to buy $150+ of coral just to checkout. That is why we offer an industry-low $50 order minimum. Whether you want one prized collector frag or a few common frags, our checkout door is open to you.

To ensure your livestock arrives alive and healthy, all corals are shipped via specialized overnight carriers in insulated boxes with climate-control packs.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Rules

• Local Delivery: $10 flat rate (Within 20 miles of our facility). Delivered every Monday. Free Delivery on orders over $100.00

• West Coast States: $45 flat rate overnight shipping. Free Shipping on orders over $250.00

• All Other Mainland US States: $60 flat rate overnight shipping. Free Shipping on orders over $250.00

• No International Shipping: We do not ship outside the mainland US.

When We Ship
To avoid weekend delays, we ship Mondays for next-day arrival. Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email to confirm. Some orders may be delayed for extreme weather. Someone must be present on the first delivery attempt to claim our Live Arrival Guarantee.

Live Arrival Guarantee Policy

We take extreme pride in our packing methods and only ship healthy, fully acclimated corals. Because of this, we guarantee that your corals will arrive alive and healthy.

In the rare event that a coral does not survive the trip, we will issue a Store Credit for the cost of the lost item.

How to File a Claim
If a coral arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must follow these steps precisely to qualify for a credit:

1. Take Photos: Take a clear, well-lit photograph of the coral inside the original, unopened sealed bag within 2 hours of the carrier's official delivery timestamp.

2. Contact Us: Email the photo, your order number, and the name of the lost coral to steven@reef-wizard.com within that same 2-hour window.

3. Keep the Specimen: Do not discard the coral or the water until we have reviewed your claim and confirmed your credit. We may request additional photos under different lighting.

Important Rules & Exceptions

• First Delivery Attempt Only: Someone must be present to accept the package on the very first delivery attempt. If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is home, the guarantee is completely void.

• Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, mechanical failures, or routing errors. However, if a delay occurs, please contact us immediately so we can help track the package.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs and local delivery fees are non-refundable. Store credits only apply to the cost of the livestock itself.

• Tank Compatibility: We guarantee live arrival only. We cannot guarantee the long-term survival of the coral once it is placed inside your home aquarium, as tank parameters and stability vary widely.
